D. Ethics and Strategy

TSC represents integrity, courage, and quality serviceOur logo, the Knight, represents Strategic Thinking as a knight on a chess board, which can move in 8 directions and is the most flexible piece available to the behavioral strategist.

TSC lists Integrity first -because it is primary to our core values and the CEO who served as a federal Law Enforcement Officer for over 22 years.

Courage is also critical core value, which TSC links to Emotional Intelligence and Courageous Leadership.

Courage is a Latin word derived from the root word, “cor”, and a noun whose definition meant heart.  The word courage originally meant “to speak one’s mind by telling all in one’s heart[1].”   A second definition of courage given by Webster dictionary is “the quality of mind which enables one to encounter danger and difficulties with firmness, or without fear or fainting of heart, valor or boldness in resolution.”

Quality Service - is our third core value as TSC wants to not only be seen as a company of integrity and courage but also one that delights our customers and provides top-notch quality service.
