  • Science & Technology Directorate - Executive Coaching and Group Coaching, Needs Assessment,  Customized Training Using ISD and PADDIE, Delivery of Team Building, Leader Cohort and Budget Division Customized course. Tools utilized 360 -LEI Graduate School and DISC.   For the needs assessment - TSC conducted focus groups with a cross-section of leaders and employees and designed and developed an employee survey that received a 70% + response rate.  The findings and recommendations resulted in the design and delivery of the Leader Cohort course with focused attention on development of leader competencies and improving culture and retention.  
  • DHS HQ - Capstone Executive Course - Designed and Developed Executive SES Leader Course working with Council of 15 DHS-wide Executives; customized and developed DHS Leader Competencies
  • DHS HQ-CHCO- Developed Methodology and Evaluated Supervisory Courses of the DHS Components
  • DHS-USCIS - Evaluate and write-up ECQs for SES candidates for OPM review

U.S. Department of Defense

  • US Army- Delivered LEI 360 feedback and conducted Executive Coaching for military and civilian SES leaders working with UVA Darden for two separate Leader courses
  • DMDC - Developed Leader Teaming Course

  • Designed/Developed & Delivered a Human Capital Strategic Management Course and a Graduate Course (HC 509) Becoming a High Performing Organization. [Dr. Grunin designed and co-authored the text book used and currently in use for this course - See Publications to order copy of this book designed for HC/Management Consultants and Practitioners].
BPAs - DOT and DOI and Fairfax County - this latter BPA may be used by surrounding local, state and public school organizations- check with TSC.   

State of Georgia - Department of Behavior Health & Developmental Disabilities
  • Conducted a bench-marking study on on-boarding and orientation of new health care workers and best practices across various states; provided recommendations for improving their retention of employees

Harford Community College - Conducted Study & Assessment on Distribution Centers to Determine Needs of the Community on Logistics Management
