GovernmentU.S. Department of Homeland Security - Science & Technology Directorate - Executive Coaching and Group Coaching, Needs Assessment, Customized Training Using ISD and PADDIE, Delivery of Team Building, Leader Cohort and Budget Division Customized course. Tools utilized 360 -LEI Graduate School and DISC. For the needs assessment - TSC conducted focus groups with a cross-section of leaders and employees and designed and developed an employee survey that received a 70% + response rate. The findings and recommendations resulted in the design and delivery of the Leader Cohort course with focused attention on development of leader competencies and improving culture and retention.
